  The Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis is facing problems due to the illegitimate relationship between CEO Les Khan, and his girlfriend Ying Jin- who currently enjoys being at a position where she is manipulating the entire CBI Programme. In some of the recent reports, it was revealed that Les Khan gave out the information of agents bringing out the most number of CBI applications to Ying Jin (CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Ltd.) Using the lists facilitated by Les Khan, Jin is then reaching out to those agents, offering an extremely low price to make higher profits herself.
