Busting millions of dollar money laundering scam in St Kitts and Nevis exposed top-level political position holders, including Prime Minister and head of the CIU Unit. Caribbean Galaxy CEO Ying Jin and CIU Unit CEO Les Khan Dubai: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), Les Khan has become implicated in an alleged scam worth US $165 million from a prison construction project in St Kitts.   Caribbean Galaxy - a construction firm based in St Kitts and Nevis has a contract to construct a prison. The government has provided the company with 5,500 citizenship applications as compensation for completing the prison project with applicable government fees, reveals an agent based in Dubai.
