EXCLUSIVE: Caribbean Galaxy using St Kitts and Nevis CBI to launder Chinese black money with government support

Busting millions of dollar money laundering scam in St Kitts and Nevis exposed top-level political position holders, including Prime Minister and head of the CIU Unit. Information leak revealed that Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris and Les Khan - CEO of Citizenship by Investment Unit, are part of millions of dollar money laundering scam. 

The scam is being peddled by the owner of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate, Ying-Jin, who has a strong connection with Les Khan and PM Harris. The leak revealed that Ying Jin’s husband is a billionaire in China and possesses a very high amount of unaccounted money (black money) in China, which he is converting into accounted by taking construction projects in St Kitts and Nevis and selling passports at lowest costs (over 50% reduction) she tops up the remaining amount from Chinese black money, so on every application she converts US $100,000 black money into white. 

The entire scam is taking place under the eyes of Timothy Harris and Les Khan. As per leaks, the duo is getting paid millions of dollars by Ying Jin in exchange of the privilege of converting black money into white money.

The Caribbean Galaxy is currently helping St Kitts and Nevis build a new prison in exchange for 5,500 citizenship by investment applications. The leak revealed that Ying Jin is selling these citizenships at any possible price she is getting, considering the prime agenda only to launder money. The reports confirm that in order to construct a luxury hotel on the twin-island nation, the government usually approves only 500 applications to a real estate company, while to construct a very basic structure such as a prison, Prime Minister Timothy Harris agreed upon 5,500 CBI applications. It shows how the government is paying a massive price for something that can be constructed at a very nominal cost.

The leak also revealed that Chinese woman Ying Jin is very organised as when there was the government of Labour party she was in good relations with then Prime Minister Denzil L. Douglas. Now she is with Les Khan and PM Harris and she is making further connections with Jonel Powell as there is conflict within the government and it is expected that PAM is going to form the next government. 

Prime Minister Harris is not new to the controversies as he is under the radar of UK police for taking bribes. Now, the US authorities are taking the matter seriously as Chinese black money is being dumped in St Kitts and Nevis. 

With this considerable scam coming into reality, China is likely to take strict action on the citizenship by investment programme of St Kitts and Nevis. All agents of CBI across the world are stressed about the corruption and scam being led by Prime Minister Harris and Les Khan. Some of the CBI agents based in Dubai have said that they will take this matter to appropriate international authorities for an extended investigation into it. 

In the first step, Les Khan, under the patronage of PM Harris gives a real estate project to Ying Jin’s Caribbean Galaxy. Then she sells citizenship at the lowest cost with 50% discount and top up the remaining amount with Chinese black money (100,000 + 100,000 formula) so for each citizenship application, she manages to make over US $100,000 illegitimate money legitimate. And, with 5,500 applications, she will manage to convert over US $550 millions black money into white. Further, an agreed share is given to Les Khan and Prime Minister.
