Only truthful party can take a stand against the billion dollar prison scam of Ying Jin in St Kitts and Nevis

The influential Chinese businesswoman currently residing in St Kitts and Nevis could be seen parading around the country with massive security. As the elections of the small island Federation are approaching, Ying Jin- CEO of Caribbean Galaxy is making more public appearances than ever to show her influence over the political environment.

Many locals are sceptical about her security circle asking questions as why a businesswoman requires Special Protection Force (SPF) as she roams around.

St Kitts and Nevis- the smallest country in the Western Hemisphere, has a small criminal ratio. Considering its peaceful environment, even the government ministers walk free around the country without requiring any major security personnel. The tranquil environment of the country raises huge questions about the reasons why Ying Jin is always surrounded by numerous body guards. Many people believe that she is afraid of public outrage as she along with some influential personalities of the country carried out the biggest fraud in the history of St Kitts and Nevis. Notably, the most expensive prison in history is being built in the country, with a contract of over USD 1.1 billion assigned to the Caribbean Galaxy, the company which is headed by Jin.

Some also believe that with her extraordinary equipped security personnel, Jin is endeavouring to impress the political leaders ahead of the general elections which are due by the first week of August 2022. There are currently 11 parliamentary constituencies in St Kitts and Nevis collectively, where five prominent political parties have their stronghold, however, even though the elections are nearing, no political party is questioning the massive USD 1.1 billion prison fraud. Is she so affluent that Jin bought all the political leaders in the country so that her defrauding stays away from the public ears?

The prison in question could have only cost the government around USD 30 million, regardless of that a contract of USD 1.1 billion was assigned to the Caribbean Galaxy. All the political parties are aware of the huge fraud undertaking in front of their eyes, but they choose to remain silent, despite the fact that the elections are just a few weeks now (the official date is not announced yet). If these parties were somewhat faithful to their very own Kittitians and Nevisian, they must have put this as part of their campaigning agenda.

The highly equipped personality of Ying Jin is getting paid from the money he looted from the public treasury in the name of this project.

Locals are asking if there is any political party which is honest, truthful and sincere to local public, they must raise the issue of St Kitts and Nevis Prison project led by Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Limited. Middle Eastern Times had exposed scam led by trio of Ying Jin, Les Khan and Prime Minister Timothy Harris, Prison project of St Kitts and Nevis, which is putting additional burden of US $1.1 billion on shoulders of tax payers.

As per reports, a Barbados-based company had given a proposal to construct a prison in St Kitts with an expenditure of only around USD 30 million ( 87 million Eastern Caribbean Dollars), the question persists about how the government of St Kitts and Nevis is blindsiding the general public by allotting a USD 1.1 billion contracts to Caribbean Galaxy.

The general public have the following questions over the massive security carried along by Ying Jin:

- Has she brought all political parties with her illicit monies? Which she generated by defrauding peoples money.

- Why all political parties are running away from the incident?

Some sources also told the Middle Eastern Times Ying Jin’s husband is a billionaire in China and possesses a very high amount of unaccounted money (black money) in China, which he is converting into accounted by taking construction projects in St Kitts and Nevis and selling passports at lowest costs (over 50% reduction) she tops up the remaining amount from Chinese black money.  The Caribbean Galaxy is currently helping St Kitts and Nevis build a new prison in exchange for 5,500 citizenship by investment applications. The leak revealed that Ying Jin is selling these citizenships at any possible price she is getting, considering the prime agenda only to launder money. The reports confirm that in order to construct a luxury hotel on the twin-island nation, the government usually approves only 500 applications to a real estate company, while to construct a very basic structure such as a prison, Prime Minister Timothy Harris agreed upon 5,500 CBI applications. It shows how the government is paying a massive price for something that can be constructed at a very nominal cost. On every application, she converts US $100,000 black money into white.

Besides this, all the CBI developers and agents are now taking a stand against the government of St Kitts and Nevis for its misuse of power, lack of transparency and for defaming the citizenship by investment programme. As per these individuals, who responded to the Middle Eastern Times, Prime Minister Timothy Harris is gambling to secure himself from something. The individuals stated that the Prime Minister is ready to give up his position as the “PM”; however, he is scared of handing over the Finance Ministry.
