Les Khan- CEO of Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis reportedly stayed at Armani Hotel Dubai, Downtown for three nights during his official visit to Dubai in November 2021. As per sources, he was accompanied by Ying Jin (CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Ltd.)


It was revealed that both Les Khan and Ying Jin duo stayed in the same suite and accompanied each other during St Kitts and Nevis delegation’s official visit to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The sources stated that Les Khan and Ying Jin (CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Ltd.) spent three nights together in the luxury suite while sharing the same bed during their stayover. They were together from 16 November 2021 to 18 November 2021.


The closeness of the CEO with a CBI Programme agent can disregard the impartial nature of the unit’s functioning.


The citizenship by investment programme applications are processed by the Citizenship by Investment Programme Unit of St Kitts and Nevis, but the duo's close-ties could impact the entire process.


Sources suggest that Ying Jin (CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Ltd.), pays regular monetary assistance to Les Khan's personal expenses to retain the favouritism in CBI applications. 


They both were spotted together at several places in Dubai during November 2021. They both attended an official event of the government of St Kitts and Nevis at a luxurious resort situated at the Palm Jumeirah and many other private places, including places around Burj Khalifa.

This love relationship between both indicates that Ying Jin would manipulate all the decisions of citizenship by investment unit for her personal or company’s benefit and it might result out very dangerous for CBI Agents who are working with St Kitts and Nevis.


Such an illicit relationship poses a prominent dot to CBI Unit and its operations. CEO of CBI Unit Les Khan must resign from his position following his manipulated management of the programme and following favouritism. Otherwise, the government should initiate a dedicated investigation into this matter. If Les Khan is found guilty, he must be removed from his position as CEO of the CBI Unit.

Caribbean Galaxy CEO Ying Jin and CIU Unit CEO Les Khan Dubai: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), Les Khan has become implicated in an alleged scam worth US $165 million from a prison construction project in St Kitts.   Caribbean Galaxy - a construction firm based in St Kitts and Nevis has a contract to construct a prison. The government has provided the company with 5,500 citizenship applications as compensation for completing the prison project with applicable government fees, reveals an agent based in Dubai. In a bid to acquire this contract, the CEO of Caribbean Galaxy, Ying Jin, CEO of CIU Les Khan had an obscured agreement that on the sale of each citizenship, Ying Jin would pay the US $10,000 to CEO Les Khan - which he will reportedly share the sum with Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis Timothy Harris, totalling over the US $55 million and her company (Caribbean Galaxy) will subsequently generate revenue of US $20,000 on sale of each citize
