Also, some countries said that their reports do not include enough information to authorise the application of an individual seeking citizenship.   Globe Detectives which have been associated with and run by the same “Kumar” family is not new to controversies. As the elections of the small island Federation are approaching, Ying Jin- CEO of Caribbean Galaxy is making more public appearances than ever to show her influence over the political environment. Many locals are sceptical about her security circle asking questions as why a businesswoman requires Special Protection Force (SPF) as she roams around. St Kitts and Nevis- the smallest country in the Western Hemisphere, has a small criminal ratio. Considering its peaceful environment, even the government ministers walk free around the country without requiring any major security personnel. The tranquil environment of the country raises huge questions about the reasons why Ying Jin is always surrounded by numerous body guards. Many people believe that she is afraid of public outrage as she along with some influential personalities of the country car

As the elections of St Kitts and Nevis are predicted momentarily, politicians are well expected to use a wide range of persuasions and spinning techniques. The current Prime Minister, Dr Timothy Harris, repeatedly published a picture of his "Good Governance Agenda" which outlines 12 laws enacted or amended by the administration led by him.     Let's begin with the first point that underscores the introduction and passing of the Freedom of Information Act.     How St Kitts and Nevis PM is contradicting the Freedom of Information Act?   The actions of the Prime Minister showcase how he contradicts the Act. The Act is only in the books, while in reality, no person can access any particular information that the highest office holds.   A developer based in St Kitts said that he had applied to get information on a prison project under the Freedom of Information Act. In some of the recent reports, it was revealed that Les Khan gave out the information of agents bringing out the most number of CBI applications to Ying Jin (CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Ltd.) Using the lists facilitated by Les Khan, Jin is then reaching out to those agents, offering an extremely low price to make higher profits herself. In other words, she is buying off the applications and then reselling at a higher cost, making huge profits (No citizenship by investment programme is allowed to offer second citizenship below the government-specified cost).  A top Citizenship by Investment agent, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said he had received the price-cutting offer from Caribbean Galaxy.
