Caribbean Galaxy's Ying Jin conspiring with CEO Les Khan to undercut govt authorised costs on CBIP

The Citizenship by Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis is facing problems due to the illegitimate relationship between CEO Les Khan, and his girlfriend Ying Jin- who currently enjoys being at a position where she is manipulating the entire CBI Programme.

In some of the recent reports, it was revealed that Les Khan gave out the information of agents bringing out the most number of CBI applications to Ying Jin (CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Ltd.) Using the lists facilitated by Les Khan, Jin is then reaching out to those agents, offering an extremely low price to make higher profits herself. In other words, she is buying off the applications and then reselling at a higher cost, making huge profits (No citizenship by investment programme is allowed to offer second citizenship below the government-specified cost).

A top Citizenship by Investment agent, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said he had received the price-cutting offer from Caribbean Galaxy. He said that Ying Jin offered him a lower application fee than the government, forcing him to collaborate with her in selling applications to the Caribbean Galaxy for a real estate project in St Kitts and Nevis.

"I was given a lower price than would considerably enhance our commissions, but there is a significant chance that if Ying Jin is caught, we may face government action. When I turned down her offer, she told me that applications received through my firm would be processed slowly, causing our reputation to suffer. This is both unethical and immoral. To highlight the problem, I will contact the Citizenship Unit as well as the Prime Minister himself," the agent stated.

Les Khan owns homes in Spain, according to the source, and has invested a large amount of money there. Middle Eastern Times is in contact with Spanish sources to find out the specific address and location of the homes Khan purchased.
